Riad, Saleh & Partners (“firm”) is a full-service independent law firm based in Cairo, founded in 1977 by our senior partners Mr Ahmed Saleh, Mr Kamel Saleh and Mr Ansary Saleh (under the name of Saleh Law Firm) one of the market-leading dispute resolution firms. In 2018, out of continuous efforts to meet our clients’ business needs, we developed our scope of services by establishing a new division to our firm covering the corporate and commercial aspects.

The firm is managed by Mr Hesham Riad who has more than 20 years of experience in law practice within multinational, regional and Egyptian cooperations. The M&A, commercial department is headed by Mr Mohamed Kamel Saleh who has extensive experience through his work with multinational companies and magic circle law firms on cross-border and complex transactions.
