Career
Happy has been in the legal profession for 19 years. Prior to joining Al-Feshawy El-Shazly & Partners law firm, Happy was part of leading law firms in Egypt and the UAE, where he participated in all legal proceedings relating to criminal, construction, and commercial disputes.
His practice with the firm focuses on both litigation and advisory matters. He is involved in preparing legal briefs and memorandums for criminal, commercial, civil and administrative disputes as well as legal research. He also assists in handling alternative dispute resolution, particularly intellectual properties arbitration, as well as contentious and non-contentious advisory work.
Happy Holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property from Helwan University.
Happy holds a Bachelors of Law degree from University of Ain-Shams.
Happy is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and registered to appear before the Court of Cassation.
