The firm was established in the year 1983 as Lall Lahiri Salhotra│ LLS by it’s founders – Amar Raj Lall, Monisha Lahiri and Anuradha Salhotra.
In July 2007, the management was taken over by Mr Rahul Chaudhry, who is among one of the most “pre-eminent names” in intellectual property law in India.
Mr Chaudhry acquired 100% ownership rights in LLS | Lall Lahiri & Salhotra on 31st March 2013 and as part of the said transition, the name of the firm was changed from LLS | Lall Lahiri & Salhotra to Rahul Chaudhry & Partners.
