  • Acting for Dogus Construction (a major Turkish construction conglomerate) for more than 10 years in commercial arbitrations stemming from two separate construction projects.
  • Acting for ENGIE for more than 10 years, advising them concerning contentious matters in respect of long-term energy supply contracts under the auspices of the ICC and Swiss Arbitration Centre. A case involving a long-term electricity supply agreement is pending.
