Position

Constantinos is the Founder and Managing Partner of Varnavas Law Firm.

Through his over 40 years of law practice, he has achieved to acquire deep knowledge in every law-related aspect. More specifically, he deals with civil and commercial law, as also as a defence lawyer to white-collar crime cases.

He also has important experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and in International Tax issues concerning cross border transactions. He is the main legal advisor and litigator of domestic and international clients, which operate or invest in Greece, such as real estate and construction companies, banks with their subsidiaries and industrial pharmaceutical companies.

Constantinos is entitled to litigate before the Supreme Court of Greece and the Supreme Administrative Court of Greece and he is a Member of the Greek Society of Commercial Law, which was established in 1975 and consists of about 750 members throughout Greece, the majority of whom are lawyers, academics and judges.
