Career

Christos is a Senior Associate specializing in labour and criminal law and has vast experience in private, civil, and administrative law. He provides legal advice regarding advisory, regulatory, transactional, or contentious matters of labour law, such as collective labour agreements, collective consultation, contracts and policies, executive employment contracts and employment claims and bargaining disputes, employment audits and compliance, and executive litigation and restraints, compliance to M&A and restructuring projects. Some of his long-standing clients include companies in financial services, real estate and hotel companies.
He has extensive experience in criminal law and has represented clients at every phase of criminal procedure, from the first stage of Pre-Trial proceedings up to trial in the courtroom in Greece. He has advised and represented companies (SMEs and multinational corporations) and individuals as well as HNWIs, in business crimes including financial fraud, public debt, white collar crimes, bribery and money laundering, insider dealing and market abuse, product criminal liability, corporate criminal liability and compliance, art crimes, anti-competitive practices, European criminal law and mutual assistance, penal bargaining and crimes against property.
Christos also has a background in administrative law and represents corporations and individuals before the Courts.
He was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2007. He is admitted before the High Court.
