Career

Vanda Konti is a Greek Qualified Lawyer, Member of the Athens Bar Association, and holder of an LLM degree in Business Corporate & Maritime Law of Erasmus University of Rotterdam. She also spent 6 months in Spain as a law student in University of Salamanca. She has a vast working experience of more than 10 years in the fields of maritime and contract law. After her LLM studies, Vanda worked for 2 years as In-house Legal Counsel for an International Maritime Company involved in the review of several tender and contract agreements and the handling of Oil & Rig Offshore Projects around the world where she obtained great experience in contract drafting/review. During her stay abroad she had the chance to enrich her education through courses related to Construction (FIDIC), and Oil & Gas Contracts (LOGIC). Upon her return to her home country, she dedicated 8 years working in the Legal and Insurance Department of a top tier Greek Maritime Company listed in NYSE and operating globally. Due to her exposure to big scale projects, clients and contracts in Europe and South America and having worked abroad she can provide business oriented legal advice adopting an international mentality.

In ALG Vanda provides consultancy services being amongst others involved in the drafting, review, and negotiation of a great variety of contracts for pharmaceuticals in Europe, UK and USA.Vanda is fluent in English and Spanish, whilst she also speaks French.
