Eleni Pradalou is a founding partner of Thesis Law Firm and specializes in the field of corporate and commercial law, including finance, capital markets law and NPLs. Eleni’s commercial law practice includes advising on company structuring and establishment and ongoing corporate governance compliance and assisting clients on issues arising out of the day-to-day running of their business. Eleni has also worked with various companies on GDPR compliance. Eleni has participated in a number of due diligence investigations in the context of M&A transactions and has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and financial agreements as well as in the completion of NPLs transactions. Eleni also advises and represents clients in court proceedings.
