Dani has an active participation in various Board of Directors and Committees as an independent director and has acted as a lead counsel in major mergers and international transactions, he counsels in family governance matters an also corporate governance.

 

In addition, he has served as General Comptroller of the Republic of Panama
(2004-2007), Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Panama Canal Authority
(2007 – 2009) and Minister for Canal Affairs and Secretary of Energy (2007-2009), and has also acted as Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Institute of Corporate Governance in the Republic of Panama, (2013-2014).
