Steven Kupka

Steven Kupka is a partner in the Government Advocacy and Public Policy group. An expert on the complexities of public policy at the federal, state, and local government levels, Mr. Kupka focuses his practice on international trade promotion, foreign regulatory issues and foreign asset recovery efforts with a particular emphasis throughout the Caribbean (Puerto Rico) and the Americas.

U.S. and foreign governmental entities turn to Mr. Kupka for specialized advice on myriad topics including infrastructure projects, regulatory compliance and enforcement issues. He also advises corporations on their advocacy efforts before Congress regarding legislative and regulatory issues and on various interagency rulings issued by the Office of Management and Budget.
