Consumer and Product Liability; Data Protection; and Litigation

Julia Klarmann practices in the litigation area, representing clients in highly complex lawsuits and also in national and international arbitrations. 

Her practice consists of handling disputes involving consumer law, contract law, public law and civil liability, including compensation claims involving product liability. 

She also has experience in individual and collective actions at the national level and in handling administrative cases, including civil investigations, before consumer protection agencies (Procons, Public Prosecutors' Offices and Consumer Protection and Defense Department - DPDC). 

Julia also provides counseling to clients on matters involving consumer law, such as after-sales policy, and data protection.
