Anthony Rance

   Anthony is a commercial litigator who advises on a broad range of disputes across a variety of sectors. He is regularly instructed to act on disputes arising out of commercial contracts, distressed IT and outsourcing projects, financial disputes, shareholder disputes, cases involving the misuse of confidential information and restraint of trade, disputes in the education sector and also negligence claims, including professional negligence.  Anthony has been involved in many high value and complex commercial cases, several of which have involved reported decisions.  Anthony is also highly experienced in alternative dispute resolution and has represented clients at numerous successful mediations and other forms of structured settlement negotiations.
