She also has significant experience in restructuring and non-contentious insolvency work. Tessa has advised financial institutions, Insolvency Practitioners, directors, corporate debtors and other creditors on contentious and non contentious issues, domestically and in respect of cross border matters. Her sector experience includes real estate, energy, telecommunications, rail and retail.
