Yohanna is a planning and environmental law expert with experience across a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters.  She has particular expertise advising on urban regeneration projects, strategic development, major/mixed-use schemes, infrastructure and energy development, and is highly experienced in the promotion of ‘nationally significant infrastructure projects’ by way of development consent order under the Planning Act 2008, Transport and Works Act orders and compulsory purchase orders.  Yohanna regularly writes for industry publications such as Estates Gazette, The Planner and Renewables Now.   She is recommended by the Legal 500 for Planning Law.
