Gabriele Fontane joined Oppenhoff in 2018. Gabriele Fontane has been advising M&A and private equity transactions and on corporate law since the mid-1990ies, with a focus on MBO/LBO transactions. She is also specialized in acquisition finance and management participation programs. Among Gabriele Fontane’s clients are financial investors/private equity funds, corporates, MBO managers and entrepreneurs who consider selling their business.
Education
She studied law at Johann Wolfgang von Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and started her career in 1993 as a foreign associate at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle in New York.
