Prior to joining Advestra as partner in 2021, Sandro Fehlmann was associate at a leading Swiss law firm for several years. From 2019 to 2020, he was foreign associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York. Before starting his career at a law form, Sandro was a tax consultant at a Big Four firm.

Sandro Fehlmann’s practice focuses on capital market transactions (equity and debt) as well as on insurance, banking and financial market laws. He also frequently advises clients on M&A transactions as well as complex project financing and other ECA transactions.

Admitted to the Bar of the canton of Zurich (2017) and to the California Bar (2020) Northwestern University, Chicago: LL.M. with Honors (2019) University of St. Gallen (HSG): Degrees in Economics (2014) and Law (2012)
