Admitted to the Paris Bar, Counsel Guilhem Richard is a member of Gide's Banking & Finance practice group. He specialises in capital markets, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
He mainly advises issuers and lead managers on a wide range of market transactions (IPOs on French and/or foreign markets, in particular Nasdaq, rights issues, pipelines, private placements, block sales, OCEANE, ORA and high yield, etc.) and in a variety of sectors such as energy, medtech and biotech, tech, e-commerce and real estate.
His practice also covers external growth and business transfer transactions and issues related to the governance of listed companies.
