Agata regularly advises on matters concerning public trading regulations, the operation of investment funds and asset management entities, and disclosure requirements for securities issuers admitted to trading on the regulated market or alternative trading systems. In her over 15-year experience,  Agata has provided acquisition finance, asset finance and project finance advice to Polish and foreign banks and borrowers. She also specialises in structured finance, and private and public bond and mortgage-covered bond issues. Her most prestigious achievements include advising on the biggest asset-backed securitizations completed in Poland, relating to loan and lease receivables.

Agata graduated from the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Law and Administration with honours. She has also obtained a Masters in finance and banking from the Warsaw School of Economics, and was awarded a scholarship to study at Erasmus University Rotterdam’s Faculty of Law.
