Gianni Fera

Tax

Gianni Fera advises companies and individuals primarily in the areas of national and international tax law, with an emphasis on corporate tax law. He assists and represents clients in negotiations with tax authorities particularly in case of restructuring and corporate acquisitions. He advises private clients on tax and estate planning. Gianni Fera deals with matters related to the application of double taxation treaties, and also assists the clients with regularization of undeclared assets and representation before administrative and judicial authorities in case of claims/litigation.
