Position
Jean-Charles Benois joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2012 (and was co-opted as a partner in 2019).
He is involved in tax law, and in particular in company group taxation as well as in transactional and Private Equity taxation. He also assists private persons, shareholders and directors, in their personal and asset taxation affairs.
Jean-Charles Benois assists his clients as a tax advisor, but also in the context of tax controversies before the tax authorities and/or tax courts
