Position

Romain Desmonts focuses his practice on tax advice to French and multinational companies, with an emphasis on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and group restructurings, as well as indirect tax matters.

Romain also regularly provides tax advice to high net-worth individuals on domestic and international estate planning issues, especially in a US-France context.

He has developed a strong background in tax controversy and litigation for corporate and private clients.
