Nick is a partner of Maples and Calder's Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group's Hong Kong office. With over 20 years' experience working in London and Hong Kong, his practice focuses on complex multi-jurisdictional disputes. He has particular expertise with insolvency and restructuring-related disputes, shareholder disputes, schemes of arrangement and other court-led restructurings.
