Paul is an experienced construction and procurement lawyer. Paul works with government agencies, mining companies, state-owned corporations, developers and major building and engineering contractors.

Paul assists his clients through all phases of projects from conception, tendering, documentation, contract and claim administration, and dispute resolution. He advises clients involved in infrastructure projects, building developments and the procurement of major plant and equipment. Paul has significant experience in all forms of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, adjudication, expert determination, conciliation and mediation.

Paul is a Director of Business Hunter

Partner and Head of the Construction, Projects and Infrastructure team.

Paul has a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Masters of Laws. He is a former Director of the Society of Construction Law Australia and guest lecturer in the University of Melbourne's Masters in Construction Law program.
