Legal Director: Nick is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, specialising in the protection and enforcement of trade mark and design portfolios worldwide and is regularly involved in global searching filing and assignment projects.

In addition to his core expertise he has particular experience in digital enforcement, handling the global monitoring and enforcement of his clients’ trade marks and copyright online. Nick regularly represents clients in domain name disputes before the World Intellectual Property Organisation, Nominet, the ADR Forum, and the National Internet Exchange of India.

The protection and enforcement of brands sit at the very heart of Nick's practice, from the clearance of trade marks through to selection, filing, prosecution, maintenance, monitoring and enforcement.

During his career Nick has acted for clients across industries ranging from automotive, cosmetics, defence, energy, fashion, financial institutions, food and drink, travel, media and technology.
