Michaela is a Senior Associate and has specialised in medical negligence and personal injury work since 2015 in both the Court of Session and the All-Scotland Personal Injury Court. She has experience in complex cases involving birth injuries sustained by both mother and child, acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, pharmaceutical negligence, surgical negligence, accidents at work and road traffic accidents. She has also had success in cases involving failures to obtain informed consent prior to medical procedures being carried out.
