Enrique is partner and head of Banking & Finance Group at CMS Carey & Allende since 2015. His practice focuses on financing, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate law.

He has advised local and foreign clients on banking and financial matters, especially in syndicated loans, project finance for the infrastructure and energy sector, debt restructurings, credit transfers, and in the issuance and placement of corporate bonds that are publicly listed and offered on the market.
