Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012, Benjamin Krief is a partner in Gide's Employment Law Department in Paris. Benjamin specialises in labour law and practices in both individual and collective labour relations. He particularly assists transnational groups in the management of their strategic litigation, such as collective litigation initiated by staff representation bodies, industrial tribunal litigation concerning senior executives or sensitive issues such as harassment, discrimination or the status of whistleblowers. Benjamin is also very active in the defence of intermediation platforms with regard to litigation initiated by drivers/delivery personnel seeking recognition of employee status

In addition to litigation, Benjamin also assists his clients in the implementation of their reorganisation projects (transfer, voluntary redundancy plan, etc.) and has built up a speciality in the context of information and consultation procedures with staff representation bodies.

Benjamin is also a Doctor of Law from the University of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas. He wrote a thesis under the supervision of Professor Bernard Teyssié entitled "Essai sur l'émergence d'un droit européen de la représentation collective" which received the prize of the University of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas, of the UIMM and of the cabinet Voltaire. He regularly publishes articles in specialised journals and lectures in various Master 2 courses.
