Zheng is a partner, resident in the Beijing office of ZHONG YIN Law Firm and focuses on Compliance，Litigation and Arbitration，M&A, IP.

Zheng previously worked as an intern at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (“CAFC”) in Washington DC (2014), and then she has worked as an intern in WINSTON & STRAWN LLP, focusing on IP and antitrust.

In January 2015, she returned to China and worked as an intern in the Beijing Office of JINGTIAN&GONGCHENG focusing on M&A in capital market. During June 2015 to May 2019, she joined the Beijing Office of HAIWEN&PARTNERS, specializing in M&A, international intellectual property and corporate compliance.

From May 2019 to July 2021, Zheng joined ZHONG LUN LAW FIRM, focused on IP, Compliance, and Litigation and Arbitration.

Zheng is an external expert of the Corporate Compliance Committee of CCPIT and a legal expert of Nanjing Nanshu Data & Decision Analytics Institute.

Juris Master in Tsinghua Law School, Bachelor's degree in information management and information system of management and a second bachelor's degree in radio and TV journalism literature. In 2014 Zheng was arranged to visit study in Harvard University, and Georgetown University, and then she worked as an intern at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (“CAFC”) in Washington DC (2014) following Chief Judge Rader and Judge Reyna.In the summer of 2018, Zheng was arranged to short visit study in Hague Academy of International Law,and completed a series of courses on GDPR and international investment disputes, and studied with Professor Alain Pellet.
