Vincent Quittre is a Managing Counsel in Dentons’ Luxembourg Tax Practice. Vincent advises on direct and indirect taxes matters with a focus on cross-border investments especially in private equity, capital markets and real estate. He has expertise in the establishment of Luxembourg investment platforms.
Vincent also regularly advices clients on the setting-up of employee benefit schemes and assists high-net-worth individuals on the structuring of their private wealth.
