Marta is the Head of Real Estate, Tourism and Construction team at CTSU - Sociedade de Advogados, the Deloitte Legal practice in Portugal, since May 2021.

She is a lawyer with large experience in transactions in the areas of Real Estate, Tourism and Construction, including in providing legal advice to national and foreign investors and developers, advising in the planning, licensing and management of tourism developments, negotiating and drafting contracts for the acquisition or sale of real estate assets, negotiating and drafting construction contracts and also project management, contracts, lease agreements, real estate asset management support contracts and construction contracts.

She has also relevant experience in international contracts and litigation and arbitration in the Oil and Gas area.

Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 2006.

Member of the Dutch Bar Association as European Lawyer, between 2010 and 2014.
