Studies: Arthur studied law at Heidelberg and Leeds.

Qualifications: He is admitted as a Rechtsanwalt and is a Bar-certified specialist lawyer for transport and logistics law.

Representing shipping and commercial clients in the German courts and arbitration proceedings as well as mediations, Arthur is specialized in maritime and general transport and logistics law as well as international trade and commercial matters. Arthur represents his clients both in commercial negotiations as well as in German law disputes. His clients include shipowners, charterers, operators and their respective insurers, in particular P&I clubs. In his practice Arthur also advises suppliers and producers of wind energy components in the offshore sector as well as clients in connection with ship sale and purchase and financing contracts. Finally, Arthur also assists clients in the defense of liability for statements made in a prospectus (KG funds).
