Eduardo is one of the firm’s founding partners and manager of our M&A, Capital Markets and Corporate team. His practice involves assisting companies in complex M&A transactions and strategics capital markets operations. His clients are local, national, and multinational companies, leaders in their fields.

Eduardo holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE)’s Law School, an LL.M degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and also a Wharton Business and Law Certificate, from the Wharton Business School. He is a Master of Law Candidate at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He also holds specialist degrees in Tax Law from the Brazilian institute of Tax Studies (IBET) and Tax Procedural Law from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE).
