Career

Christos Theodorou specializes in corporate and financial law, with a focus on deregulation and large-scale transactions. He primarily advises on insurance, administrative, and general commercial law. Christos has extensive experience conducting due diligence on undertakings for the purpose of sale, mergers and acquisitions, and IPOs/listing on the stock exchange. He is also highly skilled in administrative law, with experience in licensing and advisory work, as well as litigation before the Supreme Administrative Court of Greece.

Christos has extensive knowledge of Greek regulatory authorities' operation regarding licensing and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions of insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies. He is also an experienced lawyer in handling insurance claims, with an excellent understanding of insurance companies' internal workings and their claims handling practices and procedures. Christos specializes in managerial employee agreements and benefits, trade union and data protection issues, and employment-related M&A matters.

As an experienced litigator, Christos has handled numerous cases before the Greek civil and administrative courts of all instances. His cases range from pharmaceutical claims against the NHS and insurance claims to exclusive distribution conflicts and administrative/tax disputes.
