In addition to the traditional manufacturing, real estate and securities industries, Huawei Lin has also served companies in the industries of telecommunications, insurance, automobile, medical, pharmaceutical industry, shipping, construction industry, architectural design, entertainment, hospitality, hotel management, mining of coal and gold, education, language testing etc.
Mr. Lin represents major investment banks, private equity funds, commercial banks and Fortune 500 multi-national companies in their China related transactions. His clients include Morgan Stanley, Warburg Pincus, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Deutche Bank, GE, Ashmore, China Everbright, Related, etc. Mr. Lin has handled hundreds of transactions of debt and equity investment relating to China.
