Marc Metzger has more than twenty years of experience in advising listed and privately-held companies in the areas of commercial and corporate law, general contract law, distribution agreement law, law governing contracts for work and labour, and law applicable to contracts for the supply of materials and services. His other areas of practice include public procurement law, health care law and sports law. Marc Metzger advises clients in relation to domestic and international transactions. He worked for a leading London law firm and then was a partner at Staiger, Schwald & Partner, Attorneys-at-law, Zurich/Bern, from 2000 until 2016.
