Bert Luyten is co-founder of Laurius. With more than 25 years’ experience, he provides legal support to companies and investors in complex contractual, company and financial disputes. Belgian case or international top dossier: Bert goes beyond expectations and is a specialist in dispute resolution and litigation before courts and arbitral tribunals.
Together with Dirk Wellens, Bert created Laurius as a reference firm in the field of corporate law, M&A, private equity, real estate and corporate and financial litigation. His client-oriented focus and constant search for excellence set the office standards exceedingly high. Bert translates his years of experience and know-how into complete, concrete conclusions. Education
Bert holds a master’s degree in Law (Antwerp) and a DES in Economic Law (ULB). He has done a special course in Energy Law (IMER) and is a member of CEPANI, the Belgian arbitration body.
