Partner, Oliver beldi is partner in the international company/commercial team and acts for private and public companies in a variety of sectors. He leads the commercial law practice as well as the transport and energy sector groups in switzerland.Oliver advises in particular on m&a as well as on all corporate law matters. His clients include smes, multi-nationals and private equity houses. He regularly advises on commercial contracts with an emphasis on it-related agreements and supports clients in negotiations.Oliver studied law at the university of berne and was admitted to the berne bar in 2002. He holds a master of european and international business law and a cas certified global negotiator from the university of st. Gallen. Prior to joining eversheds sutherland, he worked as legal counsel in the transaction department of a big-four accountancy firm, with a focus on m&a and corporate and commercial matters.
