I am the Head of Corporate and M&A (Italy) and the Executive Partner of DWF's Milan office. I am a corporate lawyer focusing his practice in high-profile domestic and international M&A and private equity transactions.

My expertise spans both M&A, corporate and energy transactions having been involved in major high-profile domestic and international M&A and private equity transactions.

I frequently act for domestic and international corporate clients, private equity funds and commercial banks and their private equity affiliates, both in public and private, domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity investments and I support them by providing tailor-made advice on many deals including but not limited to corporate governance, commercial contracts and private equity transactions.

I have lectured corporate law seminars for the masters of Il Sole 24 ore Business School and have authored several articles pertaining to my area of expertise.
