Position
Pieter Wyckmans provides expert advice to companies and organizations active in the (bio-)pharmaceutical, biotech and smart devices sectors. He advises multinationals, SMEs, spin-offs and start-ups in (strategic) transactions, intellectual property matters and regulatory affairs. He has both years of experience as an M&A and commercial transactions lawyer and as in-house counsel of multinationals, particularly in the Life Sciences industry.
