Career

Mr. Marios Sioufas is deputy managing partner of Sioufas and Associates Law Firm, since 2005 and he is responsible of the legal departments: Intellectual Property, Commercial, Corporate M&A and  Dispute Resolution

He has an academic expertise on Intellectual Property Law, holding a Masters in Law  (LL.M) in Intellectual Property from the Queen Mary and Westfield College-University of London and more than 15 years of professional expertise handling cases of registration and protection of national, European and International trademarks and designs for a vast corporate clientele, within Greece and abroad and representing their interests before the Administrative Courts of Greece  and the European Union Intellectual Property Office.

Mr. Marios Sioufas has also experience in registration of Greek patents and collaborates with innovative teams for the drafting of partnership and R&D agreements for the development of inventions.

Mr. Marios Sioufas has successfully handled numerous litigation cases, representing mainly Greek Banks and financial institutions in disputes before the Greek Courts,
