Vassilis has more than nine years of experience in finance, banking and capital markets law. He is also specialized in NPL’s legislation, securitizations on public and private sector, and in providing legal advice on regulatory compliance issues. Vassilis serves a number of credit and financial institutions, has been involved in the special liquidation of three cooperative banks and has also participated in teams, acting as legal counsel to the Greek Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Public Debt Management Agency and the Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks.
