James O’Connor is a Partner in the national Parliamentary & Infrastructure Consenting team at Eversheds Sutherland. James is experienced in providing advice to major infrastructure stakeholders on the consenting and implementation of major infrastructure projects throughout the UK across a range of sectors including Transport, Energy and Ports.James has advised key infrastructure providers on the delivery of consents through a variety of planning regimes including the promotion of hybrid Bills, Development Consent Orders, TWA Orders and Harbour Orders. This experience has included advising clients on both the consenting and implementation of national, regional and local railway and tram projects, nuclear and renewable energy generation projects plus the delivery of new and enhanced port facilities.
