Position
Partner, and head of the dispute resolution team at Marriott Harrison. Specialising in complex and high value commercial disputes, both litigation and arbitration. Commercial disputes of all kinds including director and shareholder disputes, breach of contract, breach of trust, fraud and professional negligence as well as commercial aspects arising from matrimonial proceedings. Acts for corporate and individual shareholders/directors, high net worth individuals, corporate trustees, professional services firms, media and marketing services companies, technology companies, retailers, partnerships and others.
