Paul is an experienced partner in our health and safety team. He is known for rapid crisis response, having built a reputation for helping organisations in the immediate aftermath of a serious or fatal workplace incident. Paul also provides compliance advice to companies in the manufacturing, energy, transport and education sectors by reviewing the maturity of their safety culture, reporting on comparators and mapping out improvements. As a solicitor-advocate, Paul regularly appears in court on behalf of clients. He also leads the Eversheds Sutherland health and safety training function which assists senior teams maintain good governance in the safety arena.
