Jeffrey Greenberg

Partner, Jeff greenberg is the managing partner of latham & watkins’ los angeles office. He is a former member of the firm’s executive committee and was formerly vice chair of the us finance department. Mr. Greenberg represents financial institutions and private equity sponsors, as well as public and private companies, in connection with all phases of the development and financing of power (including gas, coal, wind, solar, landfill gas, biomass and geothermal-fired power plants), oil refinery, ethanol, telecommunications, petrochemicals, fertilizer and other infrastructure projects.
