Position

Michael D. Dayan’s practice  focuses on structuring, documenting and regulatory analysis of complex over-the-counter and capital markets derivative products. He also works in the clearing of derivatives products. His clients include ISDA and major corporations, funds and financial institutions.

Education

He received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, in 1992 from Harvard Law School, where he was a member of the editorial board of the Law Review. He received an undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania in 1986. Mr. Dayan also served as law clerk to the Honorable Jon O. Newman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
