Partner, Giuseppe Rumi specialises in banking and insurance regulation, with particular focus on extraordinary operations, audits, compliance assessments, authorisation, inspection and sanction procedures, review of prudential supervision, corporate governance and internal organisation policies, insolvency proceedings involving supervised undertakings, regulatory aspects of major takeovers, capital restructuring processes and reorganisation of supervised undertakings following implementation of the new European single supervisory mechanism. He is member of the Banks and Corporate Compliance & Investigations Focus Teams.
