Carlo Pavesi’s practice focuses on corporate law, domestic and cross-border merger and acquisitions, and private equity transactions. He has handled several of the largest Italian M&A deals of the recent years, and is considered as one of the leading lawyers for M&A transactions involving financial and banking institutions. Carlo Pavesi has represented Italian and international private equity funds in a wide range of M&A transactions. He advises on capital market transactions (including IPOs and equity offerings), and corporate governance matters. He is also active in high-profile corporate litigation and arbitration.
