Education
Helga graduated from the University of Iceland with a cand.jur. degree in 1991, and qualified as an Attorney in 1999 and a Supreme Court Attorney in 2011. She received her LL.M. degree in European Law and International Law from Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg in 1994.
