O'Farrell’s Senior Partner, Uriel F O'Farrell, focuses his practice on corporate work, M&A, and energy transactions, regulation and disputes. He joined the firm in 1977.

He is a lawyer graduated from the Law and Social Sciences School of Universidad de Buenos Aires. He focused his post-graduate studies on legislation related to businesses and economic transactions.

He attended the Academy American and International Law, The Southwestern Legal Foundation (Dallas, Texas, USA) in 1988.
